Preparation:
Add the ground masala and one cup of hot water to the pork and cook well.
When cooked, add masala powder.
After thorough cooking, add vinegar or kochampulli depending on your taste.
Keep the gravy thick.

Coorg Pork Curry
Ingredients:
- Pork 1 kg, cut into medium size piece and smeared with Salt, Chilli powder and turmeric powder
- Coarse masala
- Red onions 4
- Garlic 10 pods
- Green chilies 5 – 6
- Ginger ½" piece
- Powdered masala
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Peppercorns 2 tsp
- Mustard ½ tsp
